We love this sleep sack because my daughter didn’t need really any time to get used to it, it’s like she felt comfortable in it immediately! She kept getting one arm out of the last swaddle so we left that arm out and kept the other one in. And in no time both arms were out without an issue! Wish I used this for my son when he was a baby.

So far, great! According to my daughter’s sleep data, she has more deep sleep moments than with her other sleep sack. She just turned 3 months and the sack is barely the right fit length-wise. I’m worried I spent all that money so that she only wears it for a short period of time. She is also an active sleeper and I tend to leave an arm free but I was confused how to zip the sleep sack while her arm was still flailing around. She eventually figured it out during the night but it took an adjustment from her and me.

The material is soft and not heavy. We live in the U.S. Virgin Islands, so finding a sleep sack/swaddle that won't be too hot is really difficult. This one is perfect. We use it with the arms free as he is 4 months old now, and the first night he had it on, he slept 6 hours straight, almost no movement or fussing. We were very surprised and pleased. We were nervous he would have trouble sleeping on his stomach with the weighted chest material, but he is able to roll over onto his stomach and sleep just fine that way. My first order was "lost" while being shipped here; after contacting Nested Bean, they quickly sent me a new one at no charge. Item arrived quickly. Really great customer service and great product. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical about this swaddle for awhile but I finally risked it and got it and it is a GAME CHANGER. He now sleeps for 10-12 hours a night uninterrupted. Its amazing! The slight weight calms him almost instantly when we put him in it and he loves still having access to his hands without his arms fully out, I highly recommend this swaddle/sleep sack! It’s amazing.

Ordered 2 for our 4 month old twins. One has a hole in it to start but both twins were not fans. The minute we start putting it on, they cry. For the first week, they were waking up twice as much during the night. Then they went back to the same routine. They did not sleep any better with it then without it. I do like however that it is warm. That’s about it. Totally overpriced in my opinion.

My baby refused to sleep in her bassinet despite trying other swaddles and sleep sacks. We finally got this one and she finally sleeps in her own bassinet with arms up because she hates being swaddled. For reference she is 4 weeks old. We love this product.

I thought “weighted” meant the entire thing is weighted but no. There’s a little pound in the front and that just has a little weight in it. My babies hated this and won’t up more often during the night. That’s a parents worst nightmare

My LO is less than 2 months and sleeping 7-9 hour stretches during the night in the nested bean transitional sleep sac. The only negative I have to say is my baby is long and the 0-3 month is already too small. Don’t worry, I’ve bought 3 more 3-6 month and will continue to purchase more! A huge believer in these things!

This is perfect for my 3 month old who loves to suck on her hands to self soothe !!! The other sleep sacks we use she sucks on them and it makes the fabric soaking wet and stinky! I was constantly having to wash it after each sleep !!! The mesh is perfect!

Super soft material—comfortable for our newborn. Our son definitely likes the zen one sleep sack better than a swaddle. He was constantly breaking out of the swaddle or grunting & fighting it throughout the night. The weighted bean has also helped when putting him in the bassinet & no longer having to keep my hand on his chest. He is definitely sleeping better since we switched. Only reason for four stars is the length of sack if you’re baby is tall they will likely outgrow this quickly. Our son is two months I bought the 3-6 month size as he is big for his age but he is already filling out the entire sleep sack.

I’m going to be honest, it’s an amazing product and it actually works. But the price point is super high. There are desperate newborn parents that crave sleep so bad they’re willing to pay the increased price for a good nights sleep for themselves and their baby, but that doesn’t mean a swaddle needs to be near $60. It almost seems unfair. Please consider lowering the price in some direction as it will allow more parents to recommend this product to other parents rather than a cheaper alternative.

We’ve tried a few sleep sack options. This is the ONLY one that truly works for our family. We’ve used it for both of our babies now! Our son wouldn’t sleep at all on his own, it was such a struggle. We’re two weeks into using this for him and he sleeps in his bassinet and falls asleep on his own. Miracle worker! Also, I never leave reviews and in no way encouraged to leave this review (I never trust reviews anymore ha)!

Works great on our 10 week old. Have been using it since 4 weeks. He can go 7-8 hour stretches bc of this. Only issue is that the swaddle sleepsack goes based off of weight and doesn’t take length into consideration. Our baby is long and this swaddle seems to be getting too short without room to stretch his legs.

My 4 month old daughter loves to be swaddled and she has outgrown her little swaddles so we needed to find something new that would fit her. We were also using swaddle blankets but she started busting her hands out and they would come undone during the night. We were recommended to try the nested bean swaddle sack and I’m so thankful we did! My daughter loves to wear it both ways. She loves falling asleep with her arms out and free to move but when she falls asleep I put them in the swaddle and zip it up. This helps her to not startle and wake herself up in the middle of the night by flailing her arms around. The weighted egg on the chest is the cherry on top!! My daughter has been sleeping so much better since we started using this a couple weeks ago. Also purchased the zen One for when she outgrows the sack. Definitely recommend this for your babies whether they love to be swaddled or not!

I have used these for 2/3 kids now and honestly we love them. They are so amazing and truly the best swaddle to keep my babies calm throughout the night. Now…my complaint? I have had the 1st and 2nd version of this and I did enjoy the original more. The Velcro part on the inside was so much more stretchy while the Velcro part on the new edition is cotton so it doesn’t have much give and my daughter breaks it open super easy. My BIGGEST gripe with this product is longevity. My daughter has been wearing the 3-6m size since she is 2 months she will be 4 months this weekend and her feet touch the bottom which bothers her when she sleeps. All around, the sizing isn’t great. She probably has 1-2 weeks until it no longer fits and she isn’t ready to go without a swaddle yet so we will have to find a new option. I wish they would make the swaddle in a 6-9m size for those babies that are bigger or aren’t quite rolling by the time they outgrow the 3-6. I would also really appreciate the swaddle being longer for those babies with long bodies.

Love this. My daughter was fighting the swaddle so hard but still has the startle reflex so leaving arms out was causing frequent wake ups… this was the perfect solution! My only complaint is the neckline is a little high so when it’s zipped all the way and she moves her arms it bunches up around her neck and face… might be that she’s just a little small, but for now I just leave the zipper unzipped slightly and tuck it at the top. Still works great

Quality sleep sack. I love the design however it just isn’t what works for my guy. He is just 4 months and weighs 16 lbs, 24” long. It seems snug on him and doesn’t appear to have much length to grow. I have yet to wash it so it’s not that. Also he gets warm in it. Thinking the wrap inside contributes to this. I plan to return the other unopened box but I don’t regret trying.

We loved the nested bean sleep sack for our older son. We tried the zen one with our 4 month old as he transitioned out of the full swaddle. He liked it, but actually does better in the sleep sack. There’s something a bit off with the cut of the sleeves that it can bunch up around his face when the sleeves are in and by his ears when they are zipped off. I’d also love to see some fabric that covers the zipper when the sleeves are removed so it’s softer against his skin.

I ordered the 0-3 month for my 1mo baby and wish I would have sized up. The sizing details on the site states that it fits up to 13lbs but it was very snug and uncomfortable on my 9lb baby. Otherwise, it’s great quality. I wish it would have fit better so that we could have used it.

Purchased and immediately washed as I’ve hear so many great comments from friends about this brand. My daughter didn’t fit in it unfortunately. I did go based on size chart but it didn’t fit. We might try to buy a size up (again because I’ve heard great reviews) but they are pretty expensive and to possibly waist more money isn’t an option I have.

This is my second time buying this Swaddle/sleep sack. My first son, who is now 3, used it and loved it. My second son, who is a week short of 3 months old, loves his Zen One Swaddle/Sleep Sack. I was super excited to try this bc my LO only likes being swaddled with her hands up and needs my touch to fall fully asleep. Unfortunately she doesn’t care for this sleep sack at all and it even made her sleep worse! Crossing my fingers that it was a wild coincidence and she just happened to start the 3 month sleep regression the night we started using it. She was consistently sleeping a 5-6 hours stretch but now only sleeps 3. Going to give it another week before calling it quits because these were not cheap!

I saw the Nested Bean ad on social media and thought what a great idea, but does it really work? I went onto Amazon to shop around and saw all sorts with prices to match.
Long story short with all my research I concluded that the design and quality of Nested Bean was far superior and when we received it in the mail I was correct! Most importantly it works! Not only is it well made, it’s easy to use, our son settles down faster and sleeps longer!

For the first week, they were waking up twice as much during the night. Then they went back to the same routine. They did not sleep any better with it then without it. I do like however that it is warm. That’s about it. Totally overpriced in my opinion.

The only negative I have to say is my baby is long and the 0-3 month is already too small. Don’t worry, I’ve bought 3 more 3-6 month and will continue to purchase more! Super soft material—comfortable for our newborn. Our son definitely likes the zen one sleep sack better than a swaddle. He was constantly breaking out of the swaddle or grunting & fighting it throughout the night. The weighted bean has also helped when putting him in the bassinet & no longer having to keep my hand on his chest. He is definitely sleeping better since we switched. Only reason for four stars is the length of sack if you’re baby is tall they will likely outgrow this quickly. Our son is two months I bought the 3-6 month size as he is big for his age but he is already filling out the entire sleep sack.

I’m going to be honest, it’s an amazing product and it actually works. But the price point is super high. There are desperate newborn parents that crave sleep so bad they’re willing to pay the increased price for a good nights sleep for themselves and their baby, but that doesn’t mean a swaddle needs to be near $60. It almost seems unfair. Please consider lowering the price in some direction as it will allow more parents to recommend this product to other parents rather than a cheaper alternative.

Only issue is that the swaddle sleepsack goes based off of weight and doesn’t take length into consideration. My 4 month old daughter loves to be swaddled and she has outgrown her little swaddles so we needed to find something new that would fit her. We were also using swaddle blankets but she started busting her hands out and they would come undone during the night. We were recommended to try the nested bean swaddle sack and I’m so thankful we did! My daughter loves to wear it both ways. She loves falling asleep with her arms out and free to move but when she falls asleep I put them in the swaddle and zip it up. This helps her to not startle and wake herself up in the middle of the night by flailing her arms around. The weighted egg on the chest is the cherry on top!! My daughter has been sleeping so much better since we started using this a couple weeks ago. Also purchased the zen One for when she outgrows the sack. Definitely recommend this for your babies whether they love to be swaddled or not!

I have used these for 2/3 kids now and honestly we love them. They are so amazing and truly the best swaddle to keep my babies calm throughout the night. Now…my complaint? I have had the 1st and 2nd version of this and I did enjoy the original more. The Velcro part on the inside was so much more stretchy while the Velcro part on the new edition is cotton so it doesn’t have much give and my daughter breaks it open super easy. My BIGGEST gripe with this product is longevity. My daughter has been wearing the 3-6m size since she is 2 months she will be 4 months this weekend and her feet touch the bottom which bothers her when she sleeps. All around, the sizing isn’t great. She probably has 1-2 weeks until it no longer fits and she isn’t ready to go without a swaddle yet so we will have to find a new option. I wish they would make the swaddle in a 6-9m size for those babies that are bigger or aren’t quite rolling by the time they outgrow the 3-6. I would also really appreciate the swaddle being longer for those babies with long bodies.

Love this. My daughter was fighting the swaddle so hard but still has the startle reflex so leaving arms out was causing frequent wake ups… this was the perfect solution! My only complaint is the neckline is a little high so when it’s zipped all the way and she moves her arms it bunches up around her neck and face… might be that she’s just a little small, but for now I just leave the zipper unzipped slightly and tuck it at the top. Quality sleep sack. I love the design however it just isn’t what works for my guy. He is just 4 months and weighs 16 lbs, 24” long. It seems snug on him and doesn’t appear to have much length to grow. I have yet to wash it so it’s not that. Also he gets warm in it. Thinking the wrap inside contributes to this. I plan to return the other unopened box but I don’t regret trying.

We loved the nested bean sleep sack for our older son. We tried the zen one with our 4 month old as he transitioned out of the full swaddle. He liked it, but actually does better in the sleep sack. There’s something a bit off with the cut of the sleeves that it can bunch up around his face when the sleeves are in and by his ears when they are zipped off. I’d also love to see some fabric that covers the zipper when the sleeves are removed so it’s softer against his skin.

I was super excited to try this bc my LO only likes being swaddled with her hands up and needs my touch to fall fully asleep.
